The opportunity
As Quality Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in upholding our commitment to excellence in aged care. Your expertise will guide the implementation, monitoring and enhancement of our risk management and continuous improvement programs, ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality care.
About the role
- Provide leadership and support to ensure the requirements for re-accreditation are met
- Strategically plan, coordinate and appraise our Continuous Improvement (CI) program
- Oversee and refine our risk management strategies
- Address complex issues with sensitivity, managing resident and family concerns effectively
- Enjoy the flexibility of a permanent part-time position (3 days/week)

Skills and experience
- A deep understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- A robust knowledge base of the aged care sector
- Strategic thinking and exceptional analytical abilities
- Permanent work rights in Australia
- A current National Police Certificate
