The position is to work across all three sites in ACT and Surrounds (Garran - 3 days, Campbell - 1 day and Goulburn - 1 day ) on a full time basis of (38 hrs a week).
What this position entails:
Provide quality, clinical governance and Clinical education support for residential facilities or home care services.
Promote contemporary practices across Residential facilities or Home Care services to support adherence with SCC policies and procedures, relevant standards, legislation and accepted industry practices
Contribute to the development and improvement of the organisation quality management system
Respond to the clinical care and educational needs of Residential facilities or Home Care services as directed by, and in consultation with the Quality Support Team, Regional / Operational Manager and/or GM Care Operations.
