About you
The Quality and Compliance Auditor is a key part of the Quality and Risk team, responsible for conducting thorough internal process audits, ensuring adherence to external regulatory compliance, and facilitating continuous quality improvement across our programs
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Experience in Human and Community Services sector
- Demonstrated auditing experience, preferably internal, ability to monitor compliance for the organisation across relevant legislation
- Attention to Detail: Thoroughness in analysing information and identifying discrepancies in documentation and processes.
- Integrity and Ethics: Transparency and honesty in conducting audits and reporting findings.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust to new challenges, system changes, or organisational needs.
