Job description

Create impact as a Quality and Compliance Lead for our Workers Compensation Team, within the Intermediated Insurance Australia Division.

Your Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Lead, Quality and Compliance to support a team of people and work with the business to maintain relevant policies and procedures and promotes utilisation and adherence to defined business processes. The role is responsible for leading a team who will monitor the quality of claims practices to meet business requirements, legal and regulatory obligations, and customer and community expectations.
To succeed, this role establishes strong and trusting relationships with stakeholders and leverages those relationships to generate insights and optimise end to end practice and outcomes for workers compensation.
This is a 12-month Max-term contract and can be based anywhere in Australia.
About You
Solid experience in general insurance environment
Demonstrated ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to identify and articulate solutions to compliance issues.
Previous risk and Compliance experience
Demonstrated resilience and sound communication skills.
