Working closely with the Group Manager HSEQ and HSEQ Systems Lead, you will drive an internal audit process and procedure to ensure HSEQ practice is implemented in line with company requirement and compliance ready for external audit.

• Conduct internal HSEQ systems audits against the ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015, ISO9001:2015 standards.
• Conduct internal HSEQ systems audits against Project and Facility Management Plans, company procedures and Client requirements.
• Conduct pre-audits prior to external certification or Client audits.
• Prepare an audit schedule and plan in consultation with the Group Manager HSEQ and HSEQ Systems Lead.
• Monitor, review and track outstanding corrective actions generated through internal or external audits and assist with close out where able.
• Work closely with the HSEQ Systems Lead to identify any system and process changes with a focus on continual improvement.
• Assist in the development, maintenance and implementation of HSEQ initiatives based on audit outcomes and focus areas.
• Work closely with the Group Manager HSEQ and HSEQ Systems Lead to ensure all project and facility HSEQ activities, process and systems comply with legislative and corporate requirements.
• Conduct regular site visits to be able to facilitate internal and external audit requirements and meet the audit schedule.

• Tertiary Qualifications in Quality and WHS.
• ISO System Auditing Qualifications.
• Extensive (10 years) experience working with integrated management standards and ISO certifications.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a range of key stakeholders.
• Motivated self starter and able to work independently.
• Minimum intermediate level across the Microsoft office suite of programs.
• Ability to conduct regular site based audits.
