Quality and Safety Clerk
Permanent Part Time (38hrs/ fortnight)
About the Role
Port Macquarie Private Hospital, Quality Improvement Department is looking for a motivated, proactive individual to provide support to the Quality & Safety Manager with the continual quality projects, including document control and formatting and policy review process. You will also undertake audits throughout the hospital prepare reports and presentations for relevant Quality & Safety meetings.
About You
The successful candidate will work assisting the Quality & Safety Manager with high level administrative support and may be called upon to work in other administration areas of the Hospital as required.
Essential Criteria
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office i.e. Word, Excel & Outlook
- Time management & be self-directed performing tasks
- Recent Health Administration experience
- High level of experience with Health IT Systems
- Knowledge of National Quality & Safety Healthcare Standards 2nd ed
- Experience with Meeting Agenda & Minute documentation
- Experience with Policy & Procedure reporting and document control
- Internet & Intranet management experience
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- An ability to work within a team environment
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- SharePoint knowledge highly desirable
- Additional flexibility of applicants to cross train in other Admin areas.

Requirements
