We're searching for a Restaurant Manger to lead a dynamic team. Someone who has a strong interest in Craft Beer, BBQ and Burgers. Some one who is warm, engaging and connects with our regulars and newcomers. The applicant will have previous experience in a management or supervisor role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management of day to day operations of the restaurant
- Rostering aline with budgets and KPIS
- Effective financial management & meeting cost of goods KPIS
- Creating and maintaining the beverage list
- Training and mentoring staff with a focus on staff culture
