About the role

Reporting to Quality Systems Coordinator and working in a talented dynamic team, this role is primarily responsible for the ongoing administrative support to the Quality Department, to help ensuring that they can achieve their strategic objectives.

Duties 

  • Manage Business Management Systems (BMS) workflows, ensuring accuracy of metadata and expedient processing to next workflow step;
  • Collate and analyse data and provide reports that facilitate business improvement opportunities;
  • Provide relevant and accurate reports and analysis within agreed timeframes;
  • Assist in writing technical documents for various departments that form part of the Quality management system;
  • SharePoint administration ensuring accurate and current information is accessible to all;
  • Manage QA records including, but not limited to audit results, reviews, incidents and events, and subcontractors records;

About you

You will be great in this role if you are motivated to provide excellent customer service, are a conscientious, competent and detail focussed administrator, with a friendly and outgoing disposition.

  • Certificate IV or Diploma in Business Administration or at least three years relevant administrative experience;
  • Advanced MS Office computer literacy and proficiency;
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills;
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Demonstrated attention to detail with proficient oral and written communication skills.
