The Opportunity
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Quality Assurance Analyst to join our vibrant and collaborative AIA Health Quality Assurance & Complaints team. This exciting key role will be in charge of conducting Quality Assurance checks on Sales tasks in accordance with QA standards, frameworks and operating principles set by AIA Health Insurance.
To do this successfully you will:
Deliver on the Quality Assurance design and implementation (including enhancement) for the ongoing management of the sales onboarding process
Work closely with Quality Assurance and Complaints Team Manager on the continuous management of the quality and compliance in the AIA Health sales journey.
Monitoring of both sales calls (primary focus) and the overall work completed by the Member Services team
Understand and investigate key trends in behaviours and training opportunities
Provide impactful feedback to agents where required
Champion the member focus and lead by example, ensuring members are always front of mind in the way communicate at AIA Health
Successful applications will demonstrate:
Previous experience in the Private Health Insurance (PHI) industry, in a member-focused environment is highly desirable
Demonstrated sales experience within a corporate organisation will be highly regarded
Ability to handle difficult conversations and provide constructive feedback as required
Strong analytical skills, with a high attention to detail and the ability to analyse data and make recommendations
Ability to work collaboratively with a broad range of internal clients at all levels to unpack sophisticated concepts and build trusted relationships
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
