Work Location: Perth. Fortescue's Perth office is located on the traditional lands of the Whadjuk people.
Roster: Monday - Friday
Working in the Group Treasury department, this role will provide administration and reconciliation support for transactional banking and financial market products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative support role for Group Treasury
- Perform daily bank reconciliations for Group Treasury bank accounts.
- Perform monthly GL reconciliations for Treasury bank and key payment control accounts.
- Administration of corporate credit card facilities - card issuance / cancellation, fraud investigations, reporting, compliance.
- Confirming and settling Treasury transactions using Treasury systems and complying with Treasury Policies.
- Processing of manual payment requests in various systems.
- Degree in Finance and/or Accounting or equivalent
- Demonstrated experience in adherence to corporate policies and guidelines, as part of task-based role.
- Financial acumen.
- Proficient use of technology and Microsoft products.
- Stakeholder engagement experience and strong communication skills
- Dedication to work in a team environment
- Excellent time management skills
- High level attention to detail
