What does the role involve?
We have an exciting opportunity for a full time Quality Assurance Associate to join our team at the Orchard Manufacturing site in Rowville. Reporting to the Quality Manager, this role is responsible for assisting our skilled Quality Assurance team with compliance of the quality systems and implementing continuous improvement processes to support the business to manufacture high quality products.

What responsibilities form part of this role?
- Supporting the activities in the Master Quality Schedule
- Releasing products for supply
- Coordinating testing and verification of raw materials, packaging materials and final products
- Coordinating the supplier approval process
- Conducting internal audits and raising CAPA’s, change control and deviations
- Supporting during TGA site audits, and
- Supporting the validation program and activities.

What specific skills/qualifications do we need to combine all this together?
Education/qualifications:
- Degree qualifications in Food Science/Food Technology/Pharmacy/Medical or equivalent (desirable)
Essential skills and experience:
- Experience in a quality role within manufacturing in a TGA facility
- Knowledge of TGA and FSANZ requirements
- Attention to detail and proven track record in producing high quality documentation in a fast-paced environment, and
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
