Location: Perth or South West WA
About Us: Country Mile Home Care is dedicated to providing exceptional in-home care services. We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Care Manager to oversee our WA operations. This role can be based in either Perth or the South West of WA.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular client contact and care plan reviews
- Manage service delivery and ensure high-quality care
- Coordinate referrals to other health professionals
- Oversee staff induction and management
- Assist with rostering and scheduling
- Handle new client referrals
Requirements:
- Qualifications in Aged Care, Health Care, or Allied Health
- Current National Police Certificate
- First Aid certification
- Availability from Monday to Friday
- Proficient in computer use, professional, polite, and friendly demeanor
- Previous experience in staff management is preferred
