Complementary Medicines Group (CMG) is a contract manufacturer and service provider to the complementary medicine, food, and over-the-counter pharmaceuticals industries. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, CMG was established in 2010 and continues to experience consistent year-on-year growth. The position is based at our office and warehouse in Warriewood, NSW. Due to significant growth we have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Assurance Associate to join our innovative team immediately.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Associate for a permanent fulltime role to increase our Quality function and support the growing demands of the business as we expand.
Duties
- Testing of incoming materials, intermediates and finished goods
- Retention sample management
- Create and maintain QMS documentation.
- Maintain the change control, deviation, risk assessment, customer complaint systems.
- Perform IPQC duties in production
- Assist in the management of product stability program
- Assist and perform validation tasks
- Assist in the GMP training of staff
- Perform additional duties as required
The Candidate
We are looking for a team player with previous experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry. Ideally, you will possess the following skills and experience:
- Minimum 2 years quality assurance or manufacturing/operations experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience in a GMP manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of Quality Assurance in pharmaceutical products
- Validation experience preferred
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders
- Flexibility to grow within the role
- Science Degree preferred
