The role:
- Assist in developing and implementing quality programs to ensure adherence to standards and regulations.
- Support internal and external audits, change control, and quality improvement activities.
- Conduct auditing activities to ensure compliance with protocols, guidelines, and regulations.
- Troubleshoot non-conformance activities and facilitate quality improvements.
- Contribute to the development and execution of training programs.
- Manage databases and prepare reports to support quality initiatives.
- A positive 'can do' attitude.
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field.
- Knowledge of international regulatory standards in clinical research.
- Experience with quality systems and ISO standards.
- Strong time management and communication skills.
- Preferred: Experience in clinical/laboratory audits.
