We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic QA Manager to work within our QA and Production Teams. The role will require the candidate to ensure our Quality Systems are compliant with relevant standards and adhered to at all times. Reporting to the Technical Manager, this is a great opportunity for you to make a difference in a rapidly growing FMCG organisation.
Overall Responsibility:
We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. In this role, you will ensure that all Quality Assurance systems are functioning effectively and that our products meet both business and regulatory requirements. You will play a key role in monitoring, auditing, and reporting operational activities to ensure compliance with established quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP / Food Safety procedures.
- Monitor and improve the Quality Management System.
- Oversee the SQF, WSE, RSPO, RFA & CFMSR Systems.
- Conduct internal audits and implement corrective actions.
- Train personnel on food safety and quality procedures.
- Manage customer complaints and corrective actions.
- Conduct product testing, audits, and inspections.
- Maintain QA documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Promote food safety culture and conduct training.
Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualification in Food Technology / Science.
- Experience in FMCG / Food Manufacturing.
- Knowledge of food regulations and safety standards.
- HACCP, VITAL and Internal Auditing qualifications
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
