AddressMarchem Automotive is seeking candidates to fill the role of Quality Control Chemist competent in all functions within the Chemical Department to join our expanding team.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Performing physical and wet chemistry of raw materials as well as finished products using various analytical laboratory equipment
- Calibrating and maintaining laboratory instruments
- Assisting with the set-up of instrumentation
- Writing papers or reports and specifications for processes, facilities and products;
- Analysing test results to determine process or equipment operating efficiency or to diagnose malfunctions
- General laboratory housekeeping
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent in the relevant field. Some experience desired but not essential as training will be provided.
- Must possess brilliant organizational, written and verbal communication skills and Solid skills and experience with Excel
