They have a strong focus on sustainability and have a team of expert Chemists driving innovation.
They are seeking a QC Chemist who will report into the Regulatory & Quality Manager. This role requires a confident, self-starter who enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced production environment. This role will work cross-functionally across multiple teams.
Duties:
- Wet chemistry QC testing of liquid, powder, and tablet products
- Certification of analysis for product batches
- Formulation adjustments for out of specification batches
- Sample retention and sending for external analysis
- Environmental monitoring and calibration of equipment
- Tertiary qualifications in Science (preferable with a major in Chemistry)
- Previous manufacturing experience desirable
- Previous home or personal care experience highly regarded
- Knowledge of HACCP and GMP standards
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a cross functional team
- Work as part of an experienced team that encourages professional and personal development by providing strong leadership and training
