Proclinical is seeking a Quality Control Chemistry Analyst to join a global Biopharmaceutical leader renowned for its innovation and commitment to delivering medicines to treat health conditions and improve quality of life.
About the Role
The Quality Control Chemistry Analyst is responsible for performing acceptance analytical chemistry tests using wet chemistry techniques and instrumentation of raw materials, production, stability samples, R&D samples etc.
Duration: 1 year
Capacity: All on-site
Hours: Monday - Friday with flexibility for Sunday - Thursday shift required
7am - 3pm or 9am - 5pm
Desired Start Date: Mid February 2024
Responsibilities
- Perform chemistry Quality control tests including pH, identification testing, TOC analysis, and wet chemistry techniques
- Lab investigations
- Entry of results and data into LIMS
- Ad-hoc responsibilities in the housekeeping and maintenance of the laboratory
- Support Senior staff within the team
About you
- Tertiary qualifications in Science majoring in Chemistry
- Chemistry background (preferably in pharma)
- Experience within a QC laboratory
- GMP experience
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
