About the role
We're looking for a Quality Control Leader who is keen to join our Selleys business on Project Bowerbird!
What is Project Bowerbird? Our state-of-the-art, soon to be built $130M Manufacturing facility right here in Padstow Sydney! Join us as our dynamic, engaging Quality Control Leader who will be responsible for bringing existing quality standards across and implementing them at our new Selleys site.

Responsibilities
- Complies with relevant internal and external regulatory and quality compliance framework
- Monitors the site quality system and reports Quality KPIs
- Laises with internal and external stakeholders regarding deviations or non-conformances, including monitoring the Quality Costs
- Manages supplier non-conformances to ensure credits or replacements are received and that stock in QI/Block is minimize
- Lead or participate in meetings with internal / external stakeholders
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years experience in a Quality role with management experience
- Experience in Analytical Chemistry (HPLC / GC) would be beneficial
- High level of computer literacy
- Experience using SAP, Sharepoint, Waters Empower 3 software preferred
