Southside Toyota at Woolloongabba are currently looking for a Quality Control Officer to join our well-established Pre-Delivery centre.
This crucial role is vital to the dealership's success and customer retention. Each day you will be required to deliver an exceptional customer experience, with a high level of Quality Control.

As a Quality Control Officer your duties will include:
- Road-test and conduct a Quality Control on completed jobs
- Update the location of vehicles after transport
- Detail vehicles where required
- Support Pre Delivery Supervisor with general office duties as delegated
- Keep up to date with mandatory factory training
- Maintain vehicles in stock as required and ensure books are taken over to registrations daily
- Working alongside a busy workshop to ensure an efficient, first-class quality process
- Keeping technicians and detailers accountable for quality of work
- Ensure all warranty procedures have been adhered to
- Ensure any required recall work has been carried out and actioned
- Maintain and update Toyota system including tune and SMB
- Assist in checking and receiving new arrivals where required
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience as a fully qualified Automotive Technician will be advantageous
- Technical knowledge and an understanding of dealership processes
- Display an exceptional quality of workmanship, reliability and efficiency
- Attention to detail and a focus on overseeing and maintaining high standards of quality
- Good computer skills
- A positive “can do” attitude and good presentation
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Must have a full manual driver’s license
- Maintain a high level of integrity & professionalism
