We have an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic team leading our approach to the provision of quality care to clients of the Medical Imaging . The Quality and Customer Care Communications Manager (QCCCM) aims to manage Registration and Bookings team members, supports the process improvement for the administrative operations to improve the patient journey and efficiency of processes and also manage/maintain key relationships with external referrers.

About you:
We are seeking a skilled and energetic Customer Care Manager who possesses a passion for person centred care and process efficiency. We welcome applications from people who have the relevant experience per the Selection Criteria and the Position Description.

Selection Criteria:
1. Personal integrity and demonstrated commitment to the Philosophy, Mission and Values of Mary Aikenhead Ministries and St Vincent’s Health Australia
2. Experience managing a team in a fast paced environment and also ability to teach and mentor customer service and administration staff in new systems and processes
3. Experience developing, managing and implementing efficient customer focused systems/processes that contribute to improving patient care
4. Demonstrated experience dealing with customers (including managing complaints)
5. Proven organisational skills with an ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy in a high volume environment.
6. Ability to bring a creative approach to problem solving and conflict resolution
7. Proven communications experience including excellent written and verbal communication
8. Flexible approach to change within the organisation
