Quality Management System (Qms) Manager

Country & Outback Health (CObH) is a not-for-profit organisation focused on building healthier and happier communities. Delivering a diverse range of mental health, allied health, addiction support, Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander health, NDIS services as well as support services for young people within our headspace centres.

• Are you ready to embark on this exciting leadership journey with us? 
  As the head of our quality function, you'll play a crucial part in overseeing 
  day-to-day operations and implementing strategic direction. Your responsibilities will include managing accreditation, mitigating risks,  overseeing document control, and ensuring compliance.
• In this role, you'll provide essential guidance to ensure that our 
  organisation meets its quality and governance requirements, 
  supporting our growth and stability as we move forward.
• This is an exciting opportunity to be a leader within our organisation 
  and contribute to its future success.

• We're looking for someone with a strong understanding of Quality Management principles, excellent communication skills and the 
  ability to work with diverse stakeholders. If you're self-motivated, 
  adaptable, and well-organised, we want to hear from you!
• Previous leadership experience in a Quality Management 
  environment, particularly in healthcare, would be a plus.

• Supportive working environment, a great team with flexibility.
• Salary range: $95,000 - $105,000 per year.
• Generous salary packaging options to increase your take‑home pay 
  including the option to salary package dining out and accommodation.
• 5 weeks annual leave PLUS 17.5% leave loading (pro-rata).
• 12 days personal leave (pro rata).
• Located in one of CObH’s eight regional offices in country SA (cobh.com.au/join-our-team/)
