Your role will be pivotal in assisting clients to secure housing options, manage tenancies successfully, and foster community engagement.Key accountabilities include:

• Provide personalized advice and support to clients and their advocates regarding housing options, ensuring alignment with relevant legislation and policies.
• Collaborate with internal specialists and external service providers to address additional support needs identified during client interactions.
• Manage tenancies effectively, assisting clients in maintaining successful living arrangements.
• Contribute to community participation initiatives, fostering cohesive neighborhoods and empowering communities.
• Maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and integrity in managing client information.
• Monitor property conditions and coordinate maintenance and modifications to meet client requirements.

Key Challenges:

• Engage with clients facing complex support needs in both home and field settings.
• Prioritize and manage workloads efficiently to meet demanding deadlines.
• Navigate conflicts and manage expectations of clients and their advocates within a human services environment.
• Address and manage instances of antisocial behavior effectively.

About You

• Proven experience in Client Service or community support roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage conflicting demands effectively.
• Empathy, resilience, and a commitment to fostering positive change in communities.
