Description

We seek the services of a Quality Manager to oversee the efficient and effective implementation of Management Systems and associated processes, including liaising with staff to develop, implement and monitor policy to guide and support all aspects of quality principles.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Write, develop, and implement policies & procedures.
Manage & coordinate quarterly service audits.
Manage risk through appropriate risk identification, registration, and mitigation strategies.
Contribute to recommendations in relation to task acceptance and prioritisation.
Develop and maintain a status dashboard to provide accurate data to area leads.
Required Skills & Experience:
Degree qualification with at least three (3 ) years of relevant experience.
Knowledge & experience in reporting on NDIS restrictive practices.
Proven ability to identify the need for change and implement change in a consultative and collaborative manner.
Effective problem-solving, strong time management skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
DHS Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
