Clinical Governance is the set of relationships and responsibilities established by a health service organisation between its governing body, executive, clinicians, patients, and consumers, to deliver safe and quality health care.About the role:As a Quality Safety Risk Administrator, you will provide high quality comprehensive administrative support within the Quality and Safety Unit across the CQHHS.
- Provide general clerical duties, quality administration service, receipting, correspondence and compiling reports, minutes and agenda preparation and completion, records, and statistics collation, typing, data entry, word processing and spread sheeting of documents, use modern office equipment, switchboard, reception, filing and other duties as directed.
- Possess high work ethics, the ability to work autonomously and ethical decision making in the achievement of departmental/organisational goals.
- Demonstrated ability to establish work priorities to meet deadlines without the need for direct supervision.
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, including the possession of tact, diplomacy, discretion and excellent customer service in dealing with staff and the public.
- Competent in the use of contemporary word processing, spread sheeting, database and other information systems ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assist with the development and coordination of policy and procedures, patient and health service documents; incorporating formatting, publishing and version control protocols.
- An hourly rate between $37.68 - $41.90 p.h.
