Read and interpret architectural drawings and prepare takeoffs as per specifications appropriate for developing cost estimates.
Identify cost saving initiatives and alternatives to maximise protability.
Attention to detail and commitment to deliver high quality work.
Requesting quotes from suppliers, transportation, and other logistical cost.
Develop documentation and company process to monitor cost of projects.
Maintain and co-ordinate information for projects (electronic and hard copy), ensuring that all project documentation is recorded as per company processes.
Preparation of monthly reporting, invoicing, billings, and progress claims for current projects.
Attend project meetings, ensuring that all relevant information is made available and meeting minutes are recorded.
Strong project management skills and ability to work under pressure.
