Form of workMobile Concreting Solutions (MCS) are seeking an experienced and motivated Quarry Manager to join our dynamic leadership team on a full-time basis in the Pilbara.
About the Role
Your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Manage quarry and logistics operations, ensuring timely delivery of materials and adherence to quality standards
- Prepare production forecasts for efficient resource allocation and delivery of products
- Assist with fleet operations for effective transportation of materials
- Assist with sales and marketing of quarry products and interact with customers
- Participate in recruitment, development, and promotion of employees
- Maintain a safe and healthy working environment and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality management systems
- Compile and submit monthly reports to keep stakeholders informed of operation's performance
- Ensure that the production of aggregates meets relevant quality standards
- Ensure compliance with Work Health and Safety legislation
About You
Along with your strong work ethic and previous experience you'll have:
- Minimum of 5 years’ quarry experience & 3 years’ management experience
- Hold a Quarry Manager or Restricted Quarry Manager Certificate with explosives
- Construction White Card
- Valid C class driver's license
- Great time management & organisational skills
- Quality management experience
- Highly developed, effective & timely decision-making skills
- Strong focus on safety policies and procedures
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Police clearance from the last 6 months, ability to pass routine medical and D&A screenings
