Casacir is currently seeking experienced Quarry Operators to join their already dynamic, successful team based at Mt Speedy Quarry, Traflagar VIC.
Duties include, but not limited to:
- Mobile plant operation including Front End Loader, Excavator, Screening and Crushing.
- Carry out daily quarry operations and regular maintenance of various vehicles, plant and equipment.
- Complete daily pre-start checks on plant.
- Participate in daily toolbox talks.
- Develop a thorough understanding of Casacir WHS policies and procedures.
- Follow all instructions from Quarry Supervisor.
Required skills and experience:
- Various plant experience including Front End Loader, Excavator, Crushing and Screening.
- Good decision-making skills.
- Driver's licence.
- Experience working in a quarry environment.
- Relevant tickets.
- Good communication skills.
- Use of initiative, proactive and organised approached to work.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical assessment.
