Programmed Skilled Workforce currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Quarry Operator. The position is based in Bunbury in the Southwest of WA. You will not be considered for this role if you are not living in the Southwest Region.
Successful candidate will have experience operating any of the following equipment (or similar size) in a production environment:
- Dump Trucks - 40 tonne - Rigid.
- Excavator - Up to 50 ton
- Loaders - CAT 980
- Water Cart - 6 Wheel
- Fixed Crusher
About your new role:
- Day to day quarry operations - include machine operating and maintenance.
- 10hr day shifts, Monday to Friday
- Contribute to a safe working environment.
About you:
- Current HR Class Driver's License or higher
- Strong work history in a similar position
- Accredited qualifications in heavy machinery will be highly regarded.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical & drug and alcohol screen.
- Applicants with a strong mechanical aptitude would be highly regarded as operators are required to support other qualified personnel onsite with the fortnightly care and maintenance program.
