As a Customer Service Agent, you will play a crucial role in providing timely and accurate support to our valued customers through our Email and Social Media channels.

Commencing 29th January 2024.
Multiple part time (30-37 hours per week) positions available.
Operating Hours: Monday to Friday - 8AM to 10PM Saturday to Sunday - 9AM to 9:00PM. (rotating shifts)
Melbourne CBD location - Flexible hybrid working model after training and nesting period (approx 5 weeks).
What you will be doing:
Monitor social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Blogs) handle calls resolving customer enquiries and complaints.
Responding to emails in a timely manner.
Determine customer needs and provide a solution that is beneficial to the customer and the agency.
Administrative tasks and records keeping.
Ensure data entry is performed with high accuracy and in line with KPIs.
About you:
You will have previous customer service experience, possess problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, along with proficiency in MS Office and/or Google Suite. You have ability to quickly build trust and rapport with customers, absorb information effectively, and apply a common sense approach to problem-solving.
