Qulaified Baker

Common Bakery, Nedlands, is looking for a qualified baker to join our growing team.

We are looking for candidates with:

• a demonstrated passion for creating quality bread
• proven experience as a team player
• experience with mixing, service and kitchen management
• prior experience in high volume bakery environments
• formal trade qualifications in commercial cooking or equivalent
• excellent communication skills
• HACCP experience is desirable, with a high emphasis on food hygiene

Reporting to our Head Baker, you will be required to work a flexible roster.
