Primarily based in our Caboolture Hospital clinic & Caboolture Medical Hub, a casual opportunity exists for a Radiographer to join our friendly and collaborative team. As the area's main provider of radiology services, you will be exposed to a multitude of unique and interesting cases.  

Caboolture Hospital provides the best of both worlds, with the clinic operating as a private organistion in a public hospital setting. This mean's you get the case diversity a public hospital has to offer, whilst getting the training & development opportunities I-MED Radiology has to offer. 

Caboolture Hospital also have a brand new ED department opening up in July 2023, providing brand-new state of the art medical imaging equipment. 

Reporting to the Chief Technologist, in this role you will be responsible for driving high quality and efficient imaging services across a range of modalities including x-ray, CT and MRI. This role has the flexibility to work shift work (24/7 roster).

Key responsibilities:

• Managing patients and operating specialised medical imaging equipment such as General X-Ray & CT 
• Consistently delivering high levels of patient care and service
• Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, staff and managers
• Promoting and maintaining the highest quality and safety standards

Key selection criteria:

• Current relevant Radiography Radiation licence and professional registration
• Appropriate qualifications in Medical Imaging Technology/Diagnostic Medical Radiography
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of health professionals and corporate staff 
• MRI experience highly regarded
