About the role

The position is responsible for performing regular high-quality mammograms, participating in assessment clinics and providing support, advice and care to the eligible women of the BreastScreen Queensland Brisbane Northside Service.

  • Clinical Expertise - Demonstrated excellent skills and experience in radiography, preferably within the field of mammography.
  • Leadership - Demonstrated ability or the ability to acquire the skills to provide guidance to less experienced staff members and provide basic mammography education to other staff including radiographers.
  • Human Resource Management Practices - Demonstrated ability or actively participate in a working environment supporting quality human resource management practices including employment equity, anti-discrimination, occupational health and safety and ethical behaviour.
