AddressARG Rail are back bigger, better and are currently in search of experienced rail track labourers as well as potential new rail workers so we can insert into our project crews to start work on our new projects that will be starting next month and for the rest of the year in Adelaide and across South Australia.
Workers who do not have their rail cards, if you are prepared to complete the required rail courses on your own accord, I am prepared to provide workers who have no experience the foot in the door if other characteristics and work history are deemed suitable.
These roles are applicable to Local Workers in Adelaide Only.
To be considered you must have all the competencies listed below:
• Construction Induction Card - Red/White
• TTSA/SARC level 1 - Track Awareness
• Category 3 Rail Medical as minimum
• Cert 2 Rail Infrastructure - 7 core units as a minimum
• RIW Card
You will be advised of the training provider you can book with to complete any courses required above:
Importantly you will need to provide accurate details of most recent employment, what projects you have worked on and a team leader, engineer or shift supervisor who I can contact for a reference. Additionally what is it you want exactly? Is it just earn higher money? Do you want to be a key asset and make a difference in our team with the contribution you can bring? Please have a thorough think about all of these types of questions and similar, I value peoples answer greatly because it will be a huge indictor if ARG is the right company for you.
2024 has been a very positive year for our South Australia rail division and we are working with multiple clients to supply quality workers now and coming weeks.
If you can bring strong leadership, exceptional work ethic, maturity and dedication to your job, then you are the calibre of new worker who will be joining ARG. You will be required to meet with me in person so we can discuss the most suitable position for you.
You must have the ability to pass Pre-employment Medical and Drug and Alcohol Screen. ARG workers are all subjected to regular random testing throughout their employment.
