As a result of our success and growth we are now seeking experienced and enthusiastic Rail Workers to join Flashbutt Welding projects in the Pilbara region, WA.

ABOUT YOU

• Demonstrate capability assisting in Rail Maintenance / Construction environment
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and effective communication skills
• Experience assisting in Flashbutt Welding
• Certificate II in Rail Infrastructure
• Welding and grinding (desirable) 
• Loader Operator Ticket (desirable)
• Machine operating experience (desirable) 
• Drivers Licence
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Work under direction, following instructions at all times
• Assist the team to deliver the scopes of work on various maintenance projects and sites helping with site preparation and restoration
• Ensure that all technical, safety procedures and contract specific requirements are followed
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Perform general track maintenance as required
