This is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional who has achieved success in business development and sales. Kradle Software (www.kradle.com) is an exciting software company based in Brisbane with an innovative product aimed across all industries globally. The successful candidate will demonstrate a hunger for business development and software sales and have a 10+ year history of achieving success in a Sales or BDM role.

Your background

  • Degree in sales, marketing or related business fields
  • 10+ years of progressive sales achievements
  • Proven success in selling software solutions (preferably SaaS)
  • Dynamic, hungry and enthusiastic
  • Experience with Social Media, SEO, email marketing
  • Exceptional communication and relationship building skills
  • Able to engage with C-level executives as well as day to day customers
  • Strategic thinker able to deliver desired outcomes
  • Ability to take clients on a journey and overcome obstacles
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Polished professional with demonstrable sales results and experience
  • Ability to meet deadlines and agreed milestones
  • Team player
  • Leadership qualities
  • Driven individual focused on achieving success
  • Global experience a plus

 The Role

You will be a key player in identifying new business opportunities and fast track user number upsurge. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing our client base globally with a focus on revenue growth and market expansion.

Duties are:

  • Lead generation and prospecting
  • Business development 
  • Establish and grow networks globally
  • Promote SaaS to customers in all industry verticals
  • Conduct live web-based software demos
  • Work with leadership, build, develop, implement sale strategies
  • Make informed commercial decisions and drive growth
