A Day in The Life
Your day to day will involve the following tasks and responsibilities:
Communicate effectively with internal and external customers, ensuring timely and customer-focused responses to inquiries.
Prepare and provide statistical data analysis for reporting and compliance purposes.
Supervise Rates Officers and provide training as needed.
Continuously monitor and improve systems and procedures, participating in branch projects.
Assist Revenue Manager in various areas including levying and collecting rates, maintaining property database, administering sundry debtor system, coordinating debt recovery, and processing agency payments.
The Ideal Candidate
Current "C" Class Driver's Licence.
Cert IV in Business Administration/ Local Government or other relevant disciplines
or extensive equivalent experience
Willing to undergo pre-employment checks.
