Due to the purchase of new equipment and significant new long-term projects we are recruiting Senior RC Drillers to work with our existing team on projects nationwide.
ABOUT THE JOB
This is a permanent, full-time FIFO role on a 2/1 or 2/2 roster from Perth. You will be working as part of a great team on 12-hour shifts on work sites within Western Australia.
ESSENTIAL KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Heavy Rigid (HR) Drivers Licence or above
- 5 years of relevant drilling experience
- Cert III in Drilling operations (essential), Cert IV preferred
- White Card
- Current First Aid certification
- Current 4WD certification
- Satisfactory National Police Clearance (dated within 6 months or able to obtain on request)
- Ability to adhere strictly to Hagstrom Drilling's Safe Work Policies and Procedures
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screen
SKILLS AND TRAINING TO BE CONSIDERED
- Experience in RC Drilling Techniques (685 and 685i)
- Orientation/Survey tool usage
- Possess mechanical aptitude and enjoy learning new skills
- Enjoy working outdoors in a team-focused environment
- Leadership and effective communication skills
- Strong OHS awareness & work ethic
- Ability to adapt to an ever-changing work environment safely & efficiently
