The Role
An opportunity has become available for a Heat Pumps Engineer to join our R&D team in Rydalmere. You will join a team developing the next generation of Heat Pump water heaters, with responsibility for design, prototyping and testing the new products.
You will also be responsible for supporting the existing range of products through problem solving, on-going engineering development, modification and testing. We are seeking a passionate product developer who can help deliver products supporting Rheem’s low carbon future.
About you
To be successful in this role you will have:
- A relevant degree/qualification in Mechanical engineering with an interest and/or experience in refrigeration
- Product design experience – Preferably 2 years minimum
- A willingness to learn & be flexible and adaptable
- Ability to understand the end customers requirements
- AutoCAD Inventor experience ideal but not essential
- Ability to work with a team
- Experience in planning and managing projects with different priorities
