The role:
This exciting opportunity will see you represent buyers in the Sydney market to help them acquire a residential property to live in through to investments or development opportunities. You will also have the opportunity to assist our clients when it comes time for them to sell their existing property. We are looking for both Buyers Agent and Selling Agents.
Buyer’s Agent Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Prospect for both seller and buyer leads, convert leads to appointments & close for buyer agency agreements.
- Identify homes to show that meet buyers’ criteria.
- Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents and/or home sellers.
- Negotiate offers to purchase and oversee the entire negotiation process.
- Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors.
- Gather and answer buyer questions about potential homes and local community information.
- Provide buyer clients with pricing information and market research, as well as educating clients about home buying process.
- Communicate diligently with administrative staff to ensure the highest level of service to buyer clients from initial contact through contract to close

About You:
Flexibility runs both ways in this role and you will need to be self-motivated and able to work autonomously as well as in a team. You will be a natural relationship builder with the following skills, traits and qualifications:
- Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration or licence
- Proven track record of achievement and lead generation
- Genuinely client focused with a desire to build long term relationships with your clients
- Strong self / time-management skills
- A driven, entrepreneurial spirit
- Your own car
- Minimum 2 years Real Estate Agent experience
