You will enjoy a broad role working directly with two Partners in a high performing, friendly and innovative Real Estate team acting for listed and unlisted financial and property institutions to private property owners, occupiers and developers.
Specific areas of focus
- Large scale disposals and acquisitions including property due diligence audits
- Leasing, including commercial and industrial leasing
- Property structuring (including joint ventures)
- Drafting of registered and 'off the plan' disposal and acquisition documentation including options to purchase
- Development of joint venture and ongoing leasehold, user agreements and licences
- Land and access agreements, including preparation of building management statements
