About This Role
As the Real Estate Market Analyst at Harcourts, you'll take the lead on interpreting, dissecting and distilling various industry, market and business performance data to create compelling insights that add value and create opportunities for our team and their customers.
The successful candidate for this role will be responsible for:
- Collecting and validating Real Estate Market data from various sources
- Analysing market data using statistical methods, data modelling techniques, and data visualization tools to identify trends, patterns, and correlations
- Monitoring market trends, dynamics, and emerging developments within the Australian Real Estate Market
- Conducting competitive analysis and evaluating market positioning
- Preparing comprehensive reports and presentations summarizing key findings and recommendations
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align market insights with business objectives
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements, data enhancements, and skill development to optimize analytical capabilities and deliver value-added insights
About you
You’ll need an eye for detail and to spot opportunities. You’ll have an understanding of the Real Estate industry and a passion for making a difference. To succeed, the ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Real Estate, Business Analytics, or a related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Real Estate Market analysis or related role
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data modelling and visualization tool.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Detail-oriented mindset with a strong attention to accuracy and quality
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
