A bit about the role
This position will sit within our Research division which is comprised of a dedicated team of economists and researchers. The Research function is pivotal to the success of our business providing invaluable data, analysis and market intelligence to support internal teams, external clients and industry partners.
You will:
- Build out databases; this includes synthesising and cleaning raw data
- Compile data to show historical land sales on estates.
- Assist the research team on a number of new exciting projects
- Obtain a great understanding of the property market through creating bespoke data sets.
- Gain experience with some of the top industry professionals.
- Kick start your research career with the potential for ongoing employment.
- Work closely with our GIS analyst and gain further experience in data mapping
A bit about you
- Enjoys working in an autonomous role along side a supportive team
- High attention to detail
- Holds a degree in economics, finance or property research
- Has a good understanding of Microsoft excel functions
- Is interested in property and the real estate market
- Experience using Power BI is beneficial but not compulsory
- Likes to share innovative ideas and find new solutions to existing industry processes
