We are seeking someone who has client service experience and great administration skills, is highly organised, has a strong work ethic and an ability to go above and beyond. You will initially the front face of our agency!
Ideally you will be:
- Focused on providing great customer service
- Excellent with your telephone and people skills
- Independent within your role, yet welcome structure and supervision as needed
- Able to maintain the professional front of office presentation at all times
- Adaptable to learning new programs and software
- A fantastic administrator
- Highly organised with a demonstrated experience in multi-tasking
- Able to manage demands on your time and generally work at a fast pace
- Interested in pursuing your career in Real Estate, with a desire to become a Property Manager

The role is full time - 5 days per week.
