Associate Director - Property Management

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of our diverse commercial property portfolio.
• Champion PM database growth and ensure flawless administration.
• Conduct lease negotiations and renewals, optimizing tenant relations and profitability.
• Maintain excellent communication with both tenants and landlords, ensuring all parties are informed and satisfied.
• Lead and mentor the Property Management team to excel under your direction.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience and success in Property Management.
• Strong skills in PM database administration and lease negotiation.
• In-depth knowledge of commercial leases and the legal aspects of Property Management.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• A current Full Real Estate Licence or Registration Certificate.
• Must possess a valid driver's licence and own a vehicle.
• Familiarity with Cirrus8 software will be considered an asset.
