We have 2 positions to fill.
One is a Property Management position where you will manage a portfolio alongside our Senior Property Manager.
The other a Property Management Associate position assisting the Senior Property Manager with a larger portfolio with the opportunity to advance to your own portfolio in time.
Both positions offer ample opportunities for personal growth and fulfilment in a dynamic environment.
If interested, You will have the following:
- A Certificate of Registration (Assistant Agent certificate) or a Statement of Attainment in Real Estate Practice
- At least 1-2 years of Property Management experience,
- Exceptional communication skills and enjoys contact with people
- Exceptional time management skills
- Professional personal presentation and manner
- Ability to perform tasks both in the office and offsite at managed properties
- Experience using Microsoft Office suite
- The ability to multi-task and maintain a high attention to detail
- A current driver’s licence
- Australian citizenship or resident with a valid Australian work permit
Ideally you will :
- Have a background in Property Management, demonstrating proven experience in managing or supporting the management of a portfolio.
- Have experience using database software
- Be proficient in using technology
- Have Knowledge of Property Tree or similar
