Our Property Management Department is looking for a Property Management Associate to support our Property Management team . This position is ideal for new entrants in the industry, or even for an experienced property manager keen to take a step back and/or or work flexible hours in a supportive work environment.

Job tasks and responsibilities
Working as part of a tight knit team under the direction two Senior Property Managers, your role will include:
- Routine inspection reports
- Ingoing inspection reports
- Assist leasing /processing tenancy applications - as required
- General support as required at the direction of the Property Managers
The position is available immediately for the right candidate.
Full-time or Part-time Days required - flexible arrangements possible.

MUSTS
- A desire to work pro-actively in a team environment and willingness to learn and take direction from Senior Property Managers
- Certificate of Registration
- Current drivers license
- Outstanding personal presentation
