We’re seeking an energic and versatile administration person with a passion for Real Estate and marketing. The ideal candidate has exceptional administrative experience and can work within a team of dedicated sales agents. They will be comfortable with day-to-day sales admin activities and thrive under tight deadlines and changing needs. Experience in a previous Real Estate position might not be required as long as you are experienced in all administration and reception areas and have a passion for marketing. Requirements:
- Have a Real Estate registration or willing to obtain
- An absolute passion for customer service
- Some experience developing marketing plans and campaigns
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
- A marketing mind with an eye for creativity & promotion
- Experienced in administration duties is an advantage, including reception duties
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a polished presentation
- Highly organised with great time management skills
- A current Qld drivers’ licence
- A team player
- An ability to build and nurture professional relationships within the team
- A desire to build a career
