The Role;
- Assisting sales agents with admin support
- Prepare and update pre-listing kits
- Prepare appraisal documentation
- Upload listed
- Co-ordinate and attend all appointments for marketing
- Upload all marketing to online portals
- Responding to email enquiries
- Database management & entry
- Preparing Contracts
- General Sales administrative tasks
Benefits;
- $75,000 + Super + Commissions after probation
- Work directly under two high performing agents
- Commissions are based off the sales agents sales
- Monday to Friday only!
About you;
- A passion for a career in Real Estate
- Min 12 months experience in Real Estate residential or commercial
- Must hold QLD Real Estate certificate
- Enthusiastic and friendly personality
- Impeccable Presentation
