We are growing and looking to hire a tenacious Sales Associate or experienced Property Representative to join our team. The Sales Associate role will begin by working directly with Founders and Real Estate Agents to gain a first hand understanding of all aspects of the business, learning processes, procedures and service elements that keep our clients coming back to us. You’ll learn how to prepare appraisals, prepare property listings and marketing material, run a successful open home and so much more. Key Skills for the Role:
- Tasmanian Property Representative Licence or the ability to obtain a licence
- Willingness to learn and complete Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent computer skills across Mac software and the ability to quickly learn new skills and programs
- Excellent personal presentation
- Reliable vehicle and a Driver’s Licence
- Tenacity, and a willingness to keep pushing through challenges
- A genuine desire to help people achieve their property dreams
- Initiative when working unsupervised
- Understanding of how to deal with highly confidential material and information
- A sense of fun, zest for life and a willingness to have a go
- Capacity to work full time and on weekends as needed
- Understanding of social media for achieving business outcomes
- Desire to connect with the local community
